I would like to add another site under my website

for example my websiet is now called www.mywebsite.com and I would like to add www.newsite.mywebsite.com. I would like to have a separate c-panel for this site. Is taht possible? Do I have to change add another package or do I have to cahnge my package that I have right now? How do I do this?
