Cpanel38 woes?

Trying to log into my re-seller account and it times out. All my sites appear to be working fine but trying to check the emails says can't connect to the incoming POP3.

I can maneuver around elsewhere with no problems.
Any problems?

As usually, if you think there's a problem with the server then submitting a trouble ticket is your best solution.

I can see 38 is up also but I don't have an account on that server to check POP and WHM.
