Moving a domain to its own account

I have a domain parked in an account that I need to move to its own account.

What's the best way to do that? Can't figure out how to do that in WHM.

You'll need to remove the domain as a parked domain via cPanel then you will have to recreate it as a separate account via WHM. Once this is done you will need to re-upload any and all content to the new account.
