WHM Package and Account

This is how I understand the use of package and account in WHM. Say I have two kinds of packges I want to make available:
low - 100M space, 300M bandwidth
high - 500M space, 750M bandwidth

Now, I can create account1 and account2 and assign it the package 'low'. account3 and account4 is assigned package 'high'. Thus these limits would apply to each account:

account1 - 100M space, 300M bandwidth
account2 - 100M space, 300M bandwidth
account3 - 500M space, 750M bandwidth
account4 - 500M space, 750M bandwidth

Have I got it right?

In practice however, I am able to add account1 to low and account 3 to high but the next time I try to add any new account, the packages are not listed as available. Looks like I have got it all wrong! Any help?

You might want to submit a trouble ticket. It sounds like you have the right idea.

Thanks for the reply. I did that and as usual got an instant result! There was some permission problem. It has been sorted out promptly.
