Cpanel mail icons missing

Does anyone know why the icons are missing from the Cpanel Mail Account Maintenance screen (Cpanel > mail menu > add/remove accounts)?

They've been missing for a while on all my Cpanel accounts, and it's a little awkward. Is there anything I can do in WHM?

Did you give them any email accounts in the WHM package you created? What cPanel skin are you using?

All accounts have email and are using the default cpanel skin.
I've tried changing the skins, but it didn't have any effect.
It's cpanel23 if that's any help?

Hmm this has never happened to me; but
I do know there has been a few times cPanel has missing graphics.

using X2, for awhile the two buttons next to "DELETE" for
mySQL databases were missing, the links incorrect.

Also on X2, while checking Neomail once the buttons were missing.
For the mySQL part, submitted TT but they said it was an cPanel glitch.

I'm using Blue Lagoon one now
and it all works just perfect
