Entropy Banner Manager

Has anyone used the Entropy Banner Manager Script on cPanel? Looks pretty straightforward - upload the images and place <!--#exec cmd="cgi-bin/entropybanner.cgi"--> in the page where you want the banner to appear but I'm not getting anything to appear.

What am I missing?
