Broken access_log link right into the /home/user dir

I have just noticed in the /home/zaytsev folder on cpanel53 a broken link to access_log dating (it seems it appeared just after cPanel upgrade). Am I alone to see it? So far I have not noticed any degradation but I am unsure if it's safe to delete it.

Andrew mentioned via the TT, that it turns out that this specific link is in fact valid and it's one of the ways new cPanel works with domain logs, so we should just ignore it's existence, nothing to worry about here.
