    Unable to login to cpanel or WHM

    Hope someone can help me... perhaps I'm just a newbie.

    I am unable to login to cpanel or WHM... it keeps reverting to the login page and asking for my password over and over and over.

    I know I am using the correct username and password.

    I'm trying to login via http://67.228.17.160:2082 and http://67.228.17.160:2086, respectively.

    For some reason, I can only get to the login pages if I go through an anonymous proxy... cannot access directly (although I could before).

    I have tried lowering my cookie and security settings in IE as low as possible. Have also tried shutting off Windows Firewall. Have also tried Firefox.

    Any ideas?

    Forgive me if this is a total newbie question.

    Your best bet is to go ahead and submit a ticket so that we can at least eliminate a few possibilities.

        To submit a ticket you need to login to our customer control panel via the form that is directly on our website (dathorn.com). If you do not have this login information, there is a link just below the form that you can use to retrieve it.

          Sorry.... I think my account is registered to a really old email address from my previous company that I don't have access to anymore... I changed my contact email address in cpanel not too long ago but I guess it's not linked... so no luck Any other ideas?

              I don't believe the e-mail has come through. Please PM me your actual e-mail address so that I can double check that it wasn't tagged as spam some where. This is one of the reasons why our support is handled via our ticket system so that this isn't a problem.
