How long does it take for the webhost manager to be created

Hi,

I signed up for a basic account about 4 hours ago and the email I got back saids:

"Your reseller (WHM) account is not created automatically. You will be sent an E-Mail once it has been created."

So I'm still waiting for this WHM account to be created. I was just wondering how long does it usually take for the WHM to be created.

I'm not sure what the official deadline is, but it is a manual process. Things usually happen quickly here, and most of us got the WHM email within just a few hours. But there could be other things of higher priority. If you don't have it after 6 hours, I would submit a trouble ticket in the Customer Control Panel (log in using your "dis-####" username and password.)

I believe it is supposed to be done within 24hrs at the most. It is done manually. If it hasn't happen in 12 hours or so email Andrew.
