CPanel Version?

Good day,

this is my first time in this forum so hope to learn from all of you.
i am rather a green horn in Web Hosting so like to ask a rather dumb question.
saw that many ppl in here refer CPanel(version number)...any idea how do i find out which version is my Cpanel? Do i look into my WHM?

I think you'll find most people refer to CPanel(version number) being the server they are on.
Andrew has a load of servers each with their own Cpanel##NUM## name

If you don't have your welcome email anymore you can login to the Dathorn control panel and have it resend it to you.

are u referring to the server name?
there is this server name that appears under the email which is cpanel16.gzo.com
so my server is 16?

if your email says cpanel16.gzo.com ~ then yes,
the server your on is cPanel16
