    Ok.. kinda stuck here -- can't log in to Dathorn now.

    Hi... I can't suddenly log in to Dathorn... and yes my account is up to date etc.... it gives me a invalid / user pass.

    So I would submit a trouble ticket to fix it, but .... well... I can't log in for obvious reasons.


    I have emailed, but no reply to yet.. .anyone know how I can get their attention to fix this?

    Sometimes live chat or a phone number would be handy.

    This is only for the Dathorn help desk... it works fine on WHM.

    Check out the contact page there is an email address for support. What exactly can't you log into? cPanel, WHM, Customer Control Panel or all of the above? I'm just curious.

      Ya... I already tried to contact them by email... but apparently is not as a fast their trouble tickets... still waiting to hear from them.


      Just the customer control panel.

          Ray, did you get help?

          I had a similar problem, but it got solved quickly. Dathornn support is usually very quick responding to emails, plus Andrew is checking out these threads on a regular basis. If you have no solution within an hour or two, one of us can submit a general trouble ticket for you. That's what someone did for me.

          Also- Buddah is correct, if you haven't done the billing upgrade thing, your old password won't work.
