              Can you please let me know whats happening with CPANEL19?????

              Nothing seems to be working.

                  I apologize for the lengthy downtime that occured this afternoon. The server had failed once and appeared to be working fine after a reboot but this turned out to not be the case as was noticed about an hour afterwards. We ended up having to swap out the backup drive and the power supply in addition to running a manual fsck on the drives which took quite some time unfortunately.
