Can't Login

I've heard good things about Dathorn, but this is really starting to hack me off.

Before I propogate my domain to this new (maybe...) hosting, I want to be able to move all my files. I have a forum that needs minimum downtime.

I changed my password for cpanel via the dathorn cp and tried to login at http://cpanel37.gzo.com:2082/login/ with my username (dis3302).

As the email stated,
Server Name: cpanel37.gzo.com
Primary DNS: dns73.gzo.com - 69.93.125.163
Secondary DNS: dns74.gzo.com - 69.93.125.164

So what am I doing wrong? I've checked my password several times.

The password you changed through the Dathorn CP was for you WHM, not the cPanel. To log into WHM, use your DIS-xxxx username and password at http://cpanel37.gzo.com:2086/ or https://cpanel37.gzo.com:2087. Ports 2082 and 2083 are for the cPanels.

I'm trying to login to the cpanel. That's why I used port 2082. My WHM email has not arrived yet. As for the password, I tried using the one sent in the welcome email as well as the one I changed it to. But still nothing...

you need to wait til you get your WHM email

Once you get that, you can make, in WHM, the
package and account for the domain, and the user/password for it
