AwStats not resolving visitor IP addresses

Hi,
I've just been looking at the stats for my website, and I noticed that AwStats doesn't seem to be resolving the IP addresses for any of the visitors to my site, meaning the 'visitors-by-country' data is useless. Does anyone else have this problem, or know the cause / a solution? Cheers!

AwStat on the Dathorn servers are not configured to resolve IP's. Resolving IP's is very resource intensive operation so it's not enabled. If you want to resolve IP address you'll need to install your own verision of Awstats and run it between 1-4 am or download the logs and run them on your own computer.
