I was using cpanel on cpanel33 last night just fine. This morning when I try to go to cpanel33.gzo.com:2082 it times out. As does port 2087. But I can access my web page so I know the server is up!
Are you trying to access it from work, or from another computer? Many firewalls block the ports Cpanel and WHM use. You can either talk to the system administrators or use something like http://www.proxify.com to use the standard http port to access Cpanel (be warned though that you can't really edit any HTML files from within Cpanel's File Manager, as the "save" function changes the paths to include the path to http://www.proxify.com).
