Okay from searching I realize Dathorn's AWStats install
won't process the IPs to give me "country" data.

I've heard bout downloading the raw logs (how?)
and processing them via a simple program on my site.

Basicly-- w/o installing anything, I want to be able
to find out what countries my visitors are coming from.

And I want to do it for free -- any ideas?

Funnel Web Analyzer. Free version is quite capable.
