Cpanel Restore

I have a CPanel backup from my old host that contains all my users, emails, subdomains, files, etc. and its 350mb large.

Whats the best way to restore this??

I have tryed to use the restore function on Cpanel but since the file is so large it never completes.

I also FTP the file to the server already but am not sure if I can simple unpack it? Would that also set up all the subdomains and email users, etc..?

Try to tar it and see what happens. My guess is that it won't work, but I've been wrong once or twice in my life. I would submit a ticket and ask support if they can do it for you.
