Rookie needs help - get this error message

I figured out how to log into Webhost Manager. I managed to set up the DNS and nameservers for my new domain on GoDaddy.

But when I try to Create A New Account, I get all the way through and
then get this error message - "You do not have access to create that package (undefined)! "

Any help? I am using primarily the defaults when setting up the account. Where do I go to learn how to fix this?

First you need to create a package via WHM and then select that package when creating the account.
