Email icon issues

1) On all of the sites except for one on my server, the icons for Neomail and SquirrelMail as well as a couple of other icons in the header of the page do not display. Not a big deal for me because I know that I can still click on them; however, my users are confused. Any ideas?

2) Not sure if this issue is related or not, but if I try to access email via CPANEL-->Mail Menu-->Add Remove Accounts-->abc@xyz.com-->Read Webmail
I get a "page cannot be displayed" error for every email address except for the Main Account. This appears to be the same issue as I read about at http://forums.dathorn.com/showthread.php?t=67

3) I noticed that if I access email using the CPANEL path above for the Main Account, I only get two email options (NeoMail and Horde), but if I select Read Webmail for the other email addresses, I get those two options plus SquirrelMail. What is the difference, and is it possible to restrict what email options are available?

1) i have some problems with the graphics in squirellmail as well

2) what skin are you using?

3) they are different email clients, and u cant restrict which ones are availible.

Follow-up

1) The icon issues are not actually within the SquirrelMail app. I cannot see the icons on the page that displays the three email application options (neomail, horde, and squirrel). The icons not displaying is a new issue.

2) I am using the default skin -- haven't made any changes
