E-mail Subfolders?

Is it possible to have subfolders on an e-mail account?

I am able to do this on another host, but not here with my Dathorn account. I've tried doing it in Outlook while connected through iMap and it doesn't work.

if i remember correctly you have to create the folders in neomail webmail, then outlook will download them.

figured it out

While connected to your e-mail account using Outlook through imap, you have to add a "/" to the end of the folder name.

So if you want to create a folder called "clients", then create the folder like this: clients/

You can not store mail in THAT folder, but you can create subfolders.
