I don't believe that a preview pane is currently available.

Edit: Actually, according to their changelog, it should be available. I must be missing it as well...

Has anyone found away to turn on the preview pane yet?

The preview pane and HTML editor (tiny mce) are only in the SVN version of Roundcube. If this is what Andrew has installed then there should be a check box under your personal settings for it.

That would explain it because we are running the latest "stable", not the SVN development releases.

              Roundup location

My server has recently been upgraded to cpanel62 and I was hoping to play around with Roundcube but it's not listed in webmail. I tried the direct url listed in another thread: http://domain.com:2095/roundcube/index.php?_task=mail
but that didn't seem to work. It may just not be installed but before I submit a trouble ticket to ask, I thought I'd check here to see if anybody has any tips.

              Thanks.

The cPanel "hack" to get it to work with the regular webmail just isn't very good at all. Eventually all servers will be reverted to this method but you can access RoundCube on your server via http://cpanel62.gzo.com/roundcube/

The bonus, for some that have problems with accessing the webmail ports, is that it runs over the standard HTTP port 80.

If anyone is interested, RoundCube just released an update yesterday. I have applided and it appears to be good. I have been using this app for a few months now faithfully. So far I like it. My only issue is HTML emails get converted to text when you forward or reply.

Tried to access http://cpanel57.gzo.com/roundcube/ but I get a 404 error.

                        Is this url still working?

                        Regards

As per this forum announcement: http://forums.dathorn.com/showthread.php?t=3035

                          You should now use http://roundcube.cpanel57.gzo.com/

Does anyone know if you can set Roundcube global options for time zone, and to enable the preview pane?

The preview pane is an option under "Personal Settings" as is the option to change the time zone for that specific user.
