Here's a very practical question regarding the SpamAssassin spam box. If you enable this, does every user for every email account on the domain need to check it, or will signing in with the global cPanel info allow you to view and delete everything in the box?
I have a client who has about 30 different people with email accounts, and I find it highly unlikely that these people are all going to stay on top of the spam box. But if it's in the hands of one person to check it all globally, that seems more doable.
