    Using the spam box

Here's a very practical question regarding the SpamAssassin spam box. If you enable this, does every user for every email account on the domain need to check it, or will signing in with the global cPanel info allow you to view and delete everything in the box?

I have a client who has about 30 different people with email accounts, and I find it highly unlikely that these people are all going to stay on top of the spam box. But if it's in the hands of one person to check it all globally, that seems more doable.

    Thanks in advance.

I would assume that all spam for that domain would go to the spam box, therefore anyone with access to the spam box (be it one or many) should be able to check it all...

Haven't tried this though, as I just flagged mail as spam until I had the settings right and now auto delete...

A spam folder is created under each e-mail account.

Still mulling over the use of this. I think that as is, the spam box isn't useful for domains with a large number of email accounts - too many people would neglect their spam box.

However, I like the Postini model: it holds emails for 14 days, and then deletes them automatically.

Is anyone out there aware of a script I could install that could effect the same thing? Preferably, it would be something I could install globally for the domain, rather than for each email account (otherwise, whenever the client sets up a new account, it wouldn't have the script installed). Does that sound like a difficult task?
