    FTP - server closes connection

I've been getting errors when downloading files from my account via my FTP client (Transmit, OS X). I'll get maybe 10 or 20 files, and then an error message: "server closed connection." Then I have to log in again. This happens with small html files as well as with image files.

    Any thoughts?

    thanks.

Are you on a cable connection? Try turning PASV mode on or off.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm on DSL. PSV was on; I turned it off but the same problem is occuring. I checked my quota-I've got plenty of free space. Can't figure it out...
