Email delivery delay

Hi

I am on cp31 and some of my customers are complaining about far too long email delivery delay. They say it takes at least half an hour to receive mail sent through cp31 server.

Dear Andrew & co., is there anything you can do to speed these things up a little, please?

Also, what seems to be the problem here?

I would reccommend submitting a trouble ticket. No one here can help you, and you will get a faster response via a trouble ticket than waiting for Andrew to look here.

the delay may be on the recieving server end. try sending to multiple emails to test.
