Horde pop ups?

I have a customer that is complaining of getting ugly popups when she tried to access her webmail with horde. Anyone else having this problem?? Could it be spyware or a virus or something like that?

If she's getting pop-up ads, it very well could be some sort of adware on her computer.

Narrowed it down...

We found that it's some sort of virus 'Only the Best'. Spybot doesn't get it, lavasoft doesn't get it. We are trying a system restore.
