Does anyone know when the upgrades are scheduled to be completed? I'm on cpanel12, and the loads have been through the roof for some time (on and off for weeks).
I must say, I'm quite impressed with the low loads on our servers that are already using the new server hardware and backup system. I think everyone else will be happy too once it's all done We're going to be knocking out these upgrades as quickly as possible.

Thats good. I (and others) noticed a load on CP08. Server still runs well I think, but nice to see the load reduced.
I am looking forward to these upgrades to take place on Cpanel13.
Andrew, I just wanted to commend you on a fine job of getting things back up and runnning. I am really impressed with the way the CS stayed the same even though the ticketing system was down and how you made sure that your customers were taken care of.
We did get the hard drives but we're facing some other issues. This is the first real server that we will be upgrading in this manner and many will follow afterwards in a short amount of time so we want to make sure we get this done correctly the first time.
It should be fine now. I killed the backup process off and have reset it to weekly backups so that this will be much less of a problem until the upgrades actually take place.
