How to install a SSL cert?

Hi! I'm plannig to install SSl cert on 3 shopping carts but I dont know how to start. I already choosed GeoTrust but I have some questions.

-Do I have to buy one cert for each domian? (all on my same reseller account)

-Do I need an IP? (how many)

-Do I install the SSl cert from my WHM?

Any help and tips will be appreciated.

2) one for each certificate/domain
