We're having some minor issues with the network that this particular server is located on. Our networking group is working to resolve the problem.

Currently, we do not have an ETA.

All affected customers will receive an outage report once the issue is resolved

I really hope they get this stuff fixxed, since currently all my accounts are hosted out of theplanet/servermatrix.

My personal server is down at The Planet as well, this is their 3rd outage this month...

very odd compared to the DLLSTX2.

Hi all-
My cpanel37-based customer sites seem to be back to normal... but a problem that goes AWAY by itself tends to RE-APPEAR by itself... dang computers...

DLLSTX4 is their new datacenter, right now we do not have any servers there. They are having a fair amount of problems with everything there as they've kind of rushed it all together. I don't foresee us placing servers there for at least a couple of months. This means that we won't be able to add any new servers for a bit but we do have plenty of empty room on existing servers that have been upgraded.

My new dedi from them (backup server) is in the new dc. Except for the couple problems they've had its been good. When I posted I wasn't aware if any of the Dathorn servers were in the new DC or not. My apologies Andrew.
