Moving from one host to another

Can anyone give me any quick tips on moving from one host to another? I just got my reseller account with DatHorn because I disliked my old host. I've got about 4 sites on there not including my own. How do I transfer over my WHM and Cpanel settings? I have yet to change the IP addresses in goDaddy for my nameservers to point to Dathorn. What do I do first?

I know CPANEL has a account transfer option, but I believe thats only for dedicated people... (at least god knows I haven't seen it)

For myself, I'm currently transfering accounts over to Dathorn also..

    My methodology is like this

#1. Run FULL site backup of client account (for my own use)
#2. Run HOME site backup of client account
#3. Run MySQL backups of client accounts
    (all using Cpanel's backup tool)

Then importing them in one at a time on the new server. Only thing I found that doesn't work and has to be manually researched, are MySQL user/password info and subdomain/redirects. Although it does back upo the redirects, for some reason I can't import it.

This takes care of files/email stuff.

Does anyone have a better method? I'd love to know

Does your previous host use CPanel?

Yes, I do have Cpanel Access on my last host. Thanks for the tips guys. Silly me, I assumed a full backup would include a backup of the databases.

          update

I just found out (much MUCH to my displeasure) that my email accounts for some reason on restore did not create correctly. (i.e. i can't receive new emails to that address)

Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to move email accounts over? There has to be a way to do it successfully, its silly to think we'd have to re-create each email account.

After backing up all my files and changing the ip addresses on my nameservers to those I got in the email from DatHorn I find out that I can't login. Email response from support says that my account was voided due to possible fraud.

Yes, someone by the name of Andrew originally responded to why I can't login. All he said was that it was voided due to possible fraud. I am unhappy with this explanation. Why not contact me? Why not send an email? I'm just sitting here waiting to login to WHM. Granted I should've tried to login to the customer area but still....I woulda just been sitting here waiting. Furthermore, he didnt say anything about what I should do next - I have to reply and ask whether I should re-register or what? Currently waiting for reply. Maybe I'm just an impatient person ??
