    SSL problems

OK, the reason my key wasn't being generated at first with WHM is that all the fields appear to be required. I had left "Company Division" blank and it won't work that way. So I put the company in again since there isn't any division...

Here is how it worked (I think) for me:
    1. Request IP
    2. Buy/Register for certificate

    3. Goto WHM and generate the key
    4. Go back to ev1servers.net for entering in the CSR/Key info that WHM generated
    5. Walk through GeoTrust process, confirming all your settings, domain, contacts, phone confirmation (cool verify process with system calling me), etc.
    6. Back to WHM, "Install an SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain"
Paste "Begin Certificate" key in the first field (came in email), I put secure.domain.com for "Domain", the default user, then IP and RSA Private Key in the next field, leaving the last one empty

After all was said and done, the only question I have is, what is the best URL to use now-days? secure.domain.com? safe.domain.com? www.domain.com? Benefits to any of these. What do others do and what do browsers like most.

POO! I was generating this email while doing the above, all seems complete, but https://secure.domain.com isn't working, but https://www.domain.com kindof is, but the certificate I registered was for secure.domain.com!! Do I need to have Dathorn change my domain IP to secure.domain.com instead of domain.com?

uh oh -- hold on, you have to request the cert and create the key from within WHM?

I did all my work from within the cpanel of the domain the SSL cert was going to be applied to.

Is that why I'm having trouble do you think?

EDIT - guess what? It was.
