Adding an IP Address...

Okay I've been assigned an IP addie;
but for the LIFE of me I cannot find where
to assign it at!?!?

Can someone please tell me how
I'd go about doing this, from the
account creation point to the end?

create a new package, choose to us an ip

then change the domains package to the new package.

When I make new package, does NOT
give me an option to add enter the IP when I click 'IP'

Then when I go to make the acct, it'll say
"COULD NOT FIND IP ADDRESS"
