Increasing bandwidth or quota in WHM

At my previous online space provider, WHM had options to change the bandwidth or quota (diskspace) of any of my domains to any arbitrary (legitimet) amount. But on Dathorn I do not see those options listed on the left in WHM. Is there any way to do this?

you have to do it on the package that you assigned on the particular cpanel account. either that, or create a new one. the under "account functions", you do "upgrade/downgrade an account"--selecting the new package if you made a new one.

but if you done it through editing the package itself--then it should do it automatically. (this way is adviseable if your upgrading the space/bw).

the option you speak of is disabled in dathorn resller accounts.

it is a good idea to create a new package instead of editing an existing package

        roundabout way

        Okay, thanks for the info.

I wonder why we have to do it in such a roundabout way?

I would guess becaue we can not oversell our resources. So we would have to allocate them only.
