    CPanel no accessible

Hi, a client of mine has trouble accessing http://domain.net:2082. It works for me and everyone else I asked to try the link and it works fine - it prompts for password as it should.

Be the client insists that it doesnt work. What could be the problem?

they could have some type of firewall that is blocking the port.

have they been able to access it before?

          Hi,

I was just about to create a new post regarding problems I am having checking my pop email accounts in cpanel, then I saw this post. There is a good chance your customers may be experiencing the same problem I am. When I attempt to log into my individual pop accounts using the cpanel x2 interface I receive a neo mail error that states "Action has illegal characters!"

I can access my individual accounts through an email client ie. outlook express, but not through cpanel. What am I doing wrong? Maybe this will shed some light on your clients access problems. Thanks, Erin
